In this beta no automatic backups of agent data are made: keep elsewhere anything you consider valuable.
We do not process your data for advertising, commercial profiling or transfers to third parties for their own purposes, and your conversations are not used to train models.

The computing and storage infrastructure (agents, database, AI model on company GPU) is operated directly by INTE in the EU.
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Request them at privacidad@hermeshaven.com; we will respond within a maximum of one month. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Deleting your agent is available directly in the panel. Account deletion and data export are handled by email at the same address.
The agent's personalization and memory are part of the contracted service; we do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
The service is not directed at minors under 16 and registration below that age is not allowed.
We do not use cookies, local storage or third-party analytics. The session lives in page memory while you have it open; there is no cookie banner because there are no cookies.
We will publish any update here, with a version date, and will give notice of relevant changes through the means set out in the terms of use.
When you use search or content retrieval: the query (search text or requested URL) is sent to the corresponding engine or website, which processes it under its own policy. These communications are limited to the requested function. The engines and sites queried may be outside the EU.
