These terms govern the use of the Hermes Haven service (hermeshaven.com), provided by INTE IMPLANTACION DE NUEVAS TECNICAS EMPRESARIALES S.L. (Tax ID ESB61386777), hereinafter "INTE". By creating an account you accept these conditions in their current version. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Hermes Haven offers an experimental ("beta") version of a hosted personal artificial intelligence agent, including:
The beta is free until December 31, 2026 at 23:59 (Spanish mainland time, Europe/Madrid). No payment is requested during this period.
This is an experimental service: incidents, errors and interruptions may occur. No specific service level agreement (SLA) is offered, without prejudice to any guarantees and rights that are legally mandatory.
At the end of the free period, this modality may end or be replaced by others that will be communicated in due course. No charges will be made and no paid subscriptions will be activated without the user's express hiring and authorization. Before the ordinary closure, information will be provided on how to keep, export or delete your data according to the means actually available (see section 10).
The current limits, applied automatically, are:
What happens if you exceed them: upon exceeding the per-minute limits, additional requests are temporarily rejected (error 429) until the next minute; once the daily budget is exhausted, the agent stops responding (budget exhausted error) until the next daily reset.
Not allowed: carrying out unlawful activities; generating or distributing illegal content, including content involving abuse or exploitation of minors, incitement to violence or hatred; spam, phishing, fraud or impersonation; unauthorized access or overloading of the infrastructure; or using the service to the detriment of third parties or the network.
Reverse engineering is limited to what the applicable law and component licenses permit; nothing here restricts rights that legally cannot be restricted.
The search and content retrieval tools must only be used for the service's functions; the sites and search engines queried will see the requested query in accordance with the privacy policy.
Hermes Haven enables interaction with artificial intelligence systems, not with people. Its responses may contain inaccuracies, omissions or inappropriate content. Verify information before making important decisions. The service does not replace professional healthcare, legal, financial or other services requiring specific qualifications.
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these conditions. Your conversations are not used to train models and are not sold.
The service combines INTE's own code and elements (panel, instance management, trademarks and distinctive elements) with third-party and open-source components used under their licenses (among others: the Hermes agent, the Qwen 3.8 27B model, SearXNG, fastCRW, LiteLLM and PostgreSQL). INTE does not claim ownership of components or models licensed by third parties.
Regarding your inputs and outputs: you are entitled to the rights legally attributable to users to the extent they exist and without prejudice to third-party rights and the terms of the applicable licenses. We do not promise exclusivity or automatic protection of all generated content.
The experimental service is offered without additional commercial warranties of availability or performance, without prejudice to the guarantees, liabilities and rights that are mandatory under applicable law. No clause of these terms excludes or limits liabilities that legally cannot be excluded or limited.
Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable regulations, respecting the venues legally recognized for consumers. Before going to court you may write to legal@hermeshaven.com.
We may update these terms to adapt them to the service. We will publish the new version on this page and communicate relevant changes with reasonable advance notice via a service notice or by email. The version applicable to each account is the one accepted at registration and, where applicable, the one re-accepted after relevant changes.
